Sue Peters is a seasoned physical therapist with over three decades of clinical experience and a deep specialization in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois in 1990 and went on to obtain her CAPP certification in pelvic health from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2008. Sue is passionate about helping women navigate pre- and post-natal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic joint pain, and related conditions. She uses an integrative approach that includes pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and soft tissue techniques. Her strong orthopedic background and expertise in movement dysfunction allow her to tailor care plans that support each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Sue and her husband are raising their three daughters in Oak Park. She enjoys biking, exploring national parks, and has also contributed her expertise to golf and runners’ clinics, as well as back school and pain prevention programs.
